Restaurant at Rametz Castle
Since 2022, chef Dominic Pernstich has been running the restaurant at ‘Castle Rametz’, which is located directly in front of the medieval castle.
Together with his team, they delight guests at lunchtime and in the evening with Apine-Mediterranean cuisine accompanied by the finest wines from the estate Castle Rametz and other selected wineries from South Tyrol and Europe.
The interior of the restaurant impresses with its romantic flair and timeless, elegant Alpine style. In the warmer months, you can sit on our terrace, which is characterised by shady vinesgrapes. There is a large car park directly in front of the restaurant.
Here every dish and every sip of wine is worth a sin.
Opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. & 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Closed on Sundays and Mondays.
